Technician – Level 1
Role Summary
We’re passionate about construction and fixing things! Our Level 1 Technicians have a strong attention to detail, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and are capable of completing basic carpentry tasks. We are looking for technicians who are organized, reliable, and work efficiently to complete projects timely.
Core Job Functions
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites
- Skilled technically with the ability to independently complete fence repairs, gutter/roof cleaning, exterior/interior trim replacement, door install and repairs, painting, wall hanging, basic framing, deck repair, and cafe/holiday light install.
- Ability to use a hammer, pressure washer, drill, level, drywall mud, and saws.
- Ability to effectively follow instructions or a manual.
- Purchasing, loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Follow safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned by Field Manager
Day-to-Day Expectations
- Assist Level 2 Technicians on 2-person jobs
- Meet with Service Manager at office to start the day
- Training with Service Manager or other Fast Fixes technicians to learn new skills

License or Certification
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- OSHA 10/ CPR/First Aid preferred
