Derek Stenson
Derek developed his trade expertise at the young age of 12 working for a family friend in construction doing framing. Derek started his first business at the age of 18, where he honed his skills in sales & marketing and learned the key takeaways of running a successful business are reliability and communication. Derek then went on to flip his first home at the age of 22 and is a premier real estate broker at Stenson Homes.

Theo Binfet
Beginning his career at the spritely age of 16, Theo started his first construction service company. He learned his tricks of the trade working on various home improvement projects; flooring, roofing, fencing, decking, drywall, remodels, etc. While attending college, Theo expanded his general contracting business and broadened his experience in the industry servicing property management groups in Seattle. After 5 years of owning his business he joined a local family-owned firm where he managed crews that focused on multi-family reclads.
